We offer an additional package for youth summer sports camps, which includes a workshop for developing general physical abilities and an informative lecture.
The exact structure and duration of both the workshop and the lecture can be coordinated according to the wishes of the camp organizer and the target group.


"Workshop for the development of general physical abilities"

The workshop includes various playful exercises and tasks that develop strength, coordination and dexterity. In the case of exercises that develop strength and coordination, based on the movement patterns of the body, you are taught to prepare a simple physical exercise that would ensure that the whole body is evenly and versatilely loaded. Training cones and barriers are used for skill development, which ensure effective and functional training, but at the same time, playfulness and positive emotion are also guaranteed.
The duration of the workshop is 1.5 hours

"Informative lecture aimed at young people"

Within the framework of the lecture, the questions and topics most pressing for young sports enthusiasts, such as nutritional supplements and the sense of their use, will be discussed. Also, nutrition to ensure athletic performance, which includes topics on the structure and frequency of meals and the practicality of using sports drinks. The effect of exercise on the body and the role of the gym, which is gaining more and more popularity among young people, are also discussed. However, it is also important to pass on the knowledge of why too much is not good and why people tend to overexert themselves when exercising in the gym due to their young age.
The duration of the lecture is 1 hour
